Crownline 266 CCR
An affordable trailerable sportboat with a good turn of speed, the spacious cockpit and muscular performance of the Crownline 266 CCR have made her a popular model with the family runabout crowd. Big-cockpit boats like the 266 CCR make a lot of sense for those who enjoy the company of friends and family and, while the cabin dimensions are limited, this is the type of cruiser that makes open-air day boating fun. Built on a deep-V hull with an integrated swim platform and bold hull graphics, the cockpit of the 266 will handle a small crowd with wraparound lounge seating aft (which converts to a sun pad) and twin helm seats forward. The center of the windshield opens for easy access to the bow. Below, the cabin contains a V-berth, port and starboard settees, and a portable head with privacy curtain. Additional features include a cockpit wet bar, anchor locker, windshield vents, tilt steering and swim ladder. The deep sidewalls are a plus when kids are aboard. A good performer, a single 7.4L sterndrive will cruise the Crownline 266 CCR at 26–27 knots and reach a top speed of over 40 knots.
