The Crownline 248 BR is available with or without the head compartment. The optional fiberglass cockpit liner makes cleanup a snap; bucket seats feature an optional flip-up cushion for added versatility. The 248 BR comes with a split stern lounge (Super Sport) that functions as a bench seat or sunlounge. A handy wire basket is mounted just inside the engine compartment on the Super Sport model. EDITOR NOTES: Quality-built daycruiser was an effective blend of comfort and performance in a mid-price package. Standard features included CD stereo, windshield wing vents, head storage compartment, insulated cooler, in-floor ski/kneeboard locker, tilt steering wheel, drink holders. Note well-arranged helm console. Offered with a choice of three seating plans. Cruise in the low 30s with optional 300hp Volvo engine (50 mph top).
