Cobalt

276

2009–14

Cobalt 276
Introduced in 2009, the attractive lines of the Cobalt 276 are complimented by her unusual bow layout where a walkway extends all the way to the windlass—a practical feature that allows for standup anchoring. A head/change compartment with sink and Porta-Potti is concealed in the port console, and the double-stitched vinyl upholstery is a signature feature of all Cobalt boats. Standard features include a thru-stem anchor system, anchor locker, L-lounge cockpit seating, bow scuff plate, integrated swim platform, aft sun pad, walk-thru transom, cockpit storage console, double helm seat with flip-up bolsters, cockpit lights, and a woodgrain dash with tilt steering wheel. A windlass, trim tabs, and stainless steel arch with integrated Bimini were popular options. The Cobalt nameplate has long been characterized by quality, so the exceptional fit and finish of the 276 will come as no surprise. Built on a Kevlar reinforced hull with high freeboard and a trailerable 8'6" beam, a single 420hp 8.1L Volvo gas I/O delivers a top speed of nearly 45 knots.
