Century 3000 Sport Cabin
A true crossover boat, the Century 3000 Sport Cabin is part family cruiser, part walkaround fisherman. Built on a solid fiberglass deep-V hull with moderate beam and wide chines, the Sport Cabin’s unusual deck layout is arranged with the helm well aft on the bridge deck in order to provide built-in lounge seating for passengers between the console and the cabin. While this configuration eats up some valuable space in the cockpit, the additional seating makes the Sport Cabin a versatile boat with accommodations for a small crowd. Two large in-deck fish boxes and a transom livewell are standard in the cockpit, and fiberglass boxes under the pedestal seats house a fish box and (to port) tackle drawers. A small fishing area forward of the house is accessed by wide walkaround side decks. Below, the cabin contains a dinette/V-berth forward, small galley with sink and refrigerator, enclosed head, and mid-cabin double berth aft. Additional features include a wet bar, transom door, cockpit bolsters, raw-water washdown, and lockable rod storage. Twin 250hp Yamaha outboards deliver a top speed of 40+ knots.
