New for 2014, the 345 Conquest is an updated version of the original Whaler 345 Conquest produced during 2007–13. Designed to handle triple outboards, modifications include a revised hardtop/windshield design, and a rearranged helm deck with portside dinette, reversible aft seat, and wet bar. Standard features include an integral bow pulpit, 40-gallon transom livewell, in-deck fish boxes, transom door, 8 kW diesel generator, bow thruster, cockpit wet bar, trim tabs, transom-mount rod holders (3), and tackle storage. Notable options include joystick controls, windlass, bait prep station, fold-out cockpit seats, cockpit grill and freezer drawer. An upper station is also available. Below, the Conquest’s well-appointed mid-cabin interior with hardwood flooring sleeps six and includes a forward-berth dining table that converts automatically into a queen-sized bed—very cool. Triple 300hp Mercury Verado outboards cruise the 345 Conquest at 28–30 knots and reach a top speed of just over 40 knots. Note that a pilothouse version of the 345 Conquest with a hard aft bulkhead is also available.
