EDITOR’S NOTES: Good-selling Bayliner cruiser (called the 2651 Ciera in 1990; 2655 Ciera in 1992–93) with versatile layout delivered big-boat features at a surprisingly low price. A slender 8-foot beam results in very compact cabin and cockpit dimensions. The generic midcabin interior with V-berth/dinette forward, enclosed head sleeps four. Standard equipment included a cockpit table, bow pulpit, trim tabs, transom seat with storage under, beverage holders. So-so finish leaves a lot to be desired. Cruise in the low 20s with 205hp MerCruiser I/O.
