PRESS RELEASE  -

Viking Yachts and Valhalla Boatworks will open the new year with the Viking & Valhalla VIP Boat Show set for January 30–31, 2026, at the Viking Yacht Service Center in Riviera Beach, Florida.

Now in its 30th year, this exclusive RSVP-only event brings together every Viking and Valhalla model in one place – a rare opportunity to step aboard the fleets, meet the teams behind them, and see the craftsmanship that defines both brands.

The VIP gives guests the space and time to explore the boats, free from the hustle and bustle of a traditional boat show.

“It’s an incredible event,” said Viking President and CEO Pat Healey. “We have the best team, the best dealers and the best business partners in the industry, and we’re bringing all of it together in Palm Beach County. This is what Viking and Valhalla are all about – passion, craftsmanship and building a better boat every day. We’re excited for this year’s VIP and we hope you join us.”

Viking has chosen not to display at the Miami International Boat Show. The in-water portion, which is moving from downtown Miami to Collins Avenue on Miami Beach, has become more of a venue for European cruising yachts than for sportfishing yachts, said Healey.

Instead, Viking is putting its focus on the VIP Boat Show, because it’s the event where its owners and future owners come specifically to see Viking and Valhalla boats.

The Valhalla Boatworks fleet will be on display in Miami’s indoor portion at the Convention Center, except for the V-55 center console and the 55 Sport Yacht, which will be in the water and on display at the Miami Beach Marina.

At the VIP, the entire Viking and Valhalla fleet – from 28 to 90 feet – will be on display, with factory staff, dealer representatives, and product experts on site to walk guests through designs, options, and the build process. The Viking Marine Group companies – such as Atlantic Marine Electronics, Palm Beach Towers, and the Viking Yacht Service Center – will also be represented.

More than 75 elite marine businesses will be part of the vendor display, giving guests a complete look at equipment, technology, and services in one place.

Sea trials are a key part of the VIP experience and can be arranged through an authorized dealer. For many owners, the event marks the beginning of the process – a chance to understand ride, handling, and performance in real conditions.

Guests can also visit the Valhalla Yacht Sales Showroom and Service Center, which opened during last year’s VIP. The facility showcases new boats indoors, a full design center, and a modern showroom environment – all just steps from the event docks.

The 2026 event includes several major product highlights. The Viking 50 Billfish makes its world premiere with the classic dayboat DNA that defines the Billfish series. The new Viking 50 Convertible – the third generation of the company’s storied 50-foot convertible – will also be on display, along with the Valhalla 55 Sport Yacht, which earned Best of Show honors at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Additional models include the V-28 Bay, V-29 Hybrid, the V-55 demo with a Palm Beach Towers gap tower, and the Viking 82 and 90.

Princess Yachts America – a sister company of Viking – will also have two boats in the water. With their cruising yacht presence alongside Viking and Valhalla, the VIP covers the full spectrum of boat types and sizes, giving guests a comprehensive view of premium recreational boating in one place.
