Length w/ Pulpit:
Graceful lines and a spacious single-level deck layout characterize the Southport 33, a Hunt-designed fishing boat with an array of upmarket features. There are two versions of this boat: the Tournament Edition (TE) appeals to the serious angler while the Family Edition (FE) is set up with cruising in mind. The Family Edition offers forward seating and dining areas that convert into a sun pad for lounging. An optional entertainment center includes an electric grill and refrigerator making the FE an ideal platform for entertaining. A coffin box and several custom leaning post options are standard in the Tournament Edition. The console mini-cabin in the FE contains a stand up head with freshwater sink and shower. There is also a six-foot-long storage area forward of the console which can double as a bunk. A 35-gallon transom livewell, port and starboard 6 foot long macerated in-deck fish storage boxes, gunnel rod holders and a T-top are standard with both models. A dive door is a popular option. With a fuel capacity of just over 300 gallons, the 33 has a cruising range north of 400 miles. Twin Yamaha 350s reach a top speed of over 45 knots. Triple F300 outboards are available.
