Length w/ Pulpit:
Introduced in 2004, the Pursuit 3100 Offshore was an update/redesign of the companys popular 3000 Express built in 19982003. What set the Offshore apart from her predecessor, however, was her stylish single-piece windshield and integrated hardtopa design so popular that it was adopted by all future Pursuit express boats. Built on a deep-V hull with prop pockets, the 3100s uncluttered cockpit is arranged with a fold-down rear seat, and large in-deck fish box forward of the transom. A livewell is located just aft of the portside lounge seat, while a sink and ice maker are positioned behind the helm seat. For engine access, the entire aft section of the helm deck raises on electronic rams. Below deck, the interior of the 3100 Offshore sleeps four with an angled double berth forward, and a starboard dinette that converts into a second berth. A teak-and-holly sole adds a stylish tone to the cabin, and the compact galley comes with a microwave and refrigerator. Like all Pursuit products, fit and finish is second to none. Standard 320hp gas inboards cruise in the mid 20s, and optional 315hp Yanmar diesels cruise at just over 30 knots.
