The Alexander 546 Yachtfisher is a modern tri-level cockpit yacht whose versatile layout and spacious accommodations are well suited for cruising and entertaining. Theres much to like about the 546: The styling is crisp; workmanship is world-class; and her Monk-designed hull is a model of weight-efficient construction. Introduced on a limited-production basis in 1995, the Yachtfishers luxurious three-stateroom interior boasts a full-beam main salon with deluxe wet bar, entertainment center, and flybridge access stairs. Forward, three steps down from the salon, is a home-size galley (with tremendous storage), L-shaped dinette, and lower helm. The huge master stateroom is entered from the aft end of the galley and features a king-size berth, vanity with swivel chair, and generous storage. The forward VIP stateroom is also very spacious, while the second guest cabin to port is fitted with over/under single berths. All three heads have separate stall showers. Note the Corian galley counters, hardwood flooring, and walk-in engine room. Wide side decks and a cavernous cockpit lazarette are a plus. Detroit 6V-92 625hp (or Cat 660hp) diesels cruise at 1415 knots (around 18 knots top).
