Length w/ Pulpit:
The CT 35 is a traditional trunk cabin trawler with a businesslike profile and a roomy double-cabin layout. She was built by Ta Chiao in Taiwan on a solid fiberglass, semi-displacement hull with hard chines and a full-length, prop-protecting keel. Like all Taiwan-built boats of her era, the CT 35s interior is completely finished with teak woodwork and cabinetry. The standard two-stateroom, two-head floorplan is arranged with a linear galley in the salon opposite a fixed L-shaped settee. A lower helm and deck access door were standard, and its notable that the aft stateroom can be accessed directly from the cockpita very convenient feature. With her large engine room and generous storage, the CT 35 packs a good deal of living space into a relatively small hull. Additional features include wide side decks, teak window frames (aluminum in more recent models), functional mast and boom, and swim platform. Most CT 35s were powered with a single 120/135hp Lehman diesel (78 knots at cruise). Larger engines deliver speeds up to 15 knots. Note that the CT 35 Sundeck model is basically the same boat with a full-width aft deck and enlarged master stateroom.
