The Bahama Boatworks story began in 1994 when Scott Henley, Bob Sparks, and several other partners founded Venture Marine, builders of semi-custom offshore fishing boats. In 2004, Sparks sold his stock in Venture and started Bahama Boatworks from a facility in West Palm Beach, Florida.
