CH Marine Shelter Island Runabout 1998 “PEARL”

Two owner 38’ Shelter Island Runabout.  Pearl was repowered in 2010 with a pair of Yanmar 6LPA-STP  315 hp diesels which have been properly cared for over the years. This boat has been continually upgraded by a very knowledgeable owner.  Pearl’s white topsides and tan deck with canvas give this boat a classic look. Construction

Accomodations

Accommodations:

Down below sleeps two in an oversized double with filler cushion. When not used as a bunk the V berth area is laid out as two generous sofas with upholstered backrests. Upholstery is Wheat Ultrasuede. An extra large hanging locker forward, shelving and a bureau with book locker easily handle a couples cruising needs for space. There are reading lamps over the bunks and fans to circulate air. The interior is finished in soft white Awlgrip with satin varnished teak trim and a varnished teak cabin sole. The head has a varnished teak countertop with a stainless sink and Scandvik fixture. There’s a pull-out shower with automatic sump pump. There’s ample locker space for towels and toiletries plus a teak framed mirror is mounted on the bulkhead.

 Galley:

White composite counter top with a stainless steel sink and Scandvik faucet. There are also lockers and drawers for utensils and food storage. A 12VDC/110VAC refrigerator can keep food and beverages cool and the built in microwave serves piping hot prepared dishes and hors d’ oeuvres for guests. Two burner stove top, custom dish and mug racks.
