Trigger is an exceptional 1995 31 Tiara Open. This boat has been cared for by the same owners for 24 years. They painted the entire boat, so it is not 26-year-old gelcoat. • Installed (3) new deck hatches, replaced port light screens and gaskets. 2020
• New Domestic water Pump 2018
• Windlass cleaned and lubricated 2018
• Windshield Vent Ram replaced new 2021
• Both Fuel Tank Sending Units replaced 2016
• 12 Volt Refrigerator box under Port Helm seat with new compressor 2018
• (2) 50’ 30 AMP power cords included, plus 50A to 30A connector.
• Spare pair of props needing attention mounted in stern bilge area
• Extra Danforth anchor with rope under STBD stern floor hatch

• Heat exchangers and exhaust risers removed, cleaned and re installed by River Forest Yacht (03/2020). Also done in 2016 @ Stuart Yacht in Port Salerno
• Oil and oil filters changed, fuel water separator filters replaced (03/2018)
• Belts replaced (03/2020)
• Port Alternator replaced Balmar 100 amp (03/2018)
• Exhaust hoses replaced (04/2018)

• Bottom paint done 2017 @ River Forest Yachting Center. Two coats Pettit SR 40, Prop Coat to Running Gear, Hull waxed
• Paint above rub rail completed in 2017

PROPELLORS:

• Sent to Blair Propellors by River Forest for inspection and correct pitch. Sanded and prop speed applied, completed while in inside storage @ RFYC. (2021)

FIRE EXTINGUISHER SYSTEM ENGINE SPACE:

• Cintas Certification/Inspections completed April 2018 and April 2021
• (2) standard size Type A B C extinguishers mounted in cabin area
