The Scarab 34 Super Sport is a high-performance center console fisherman whose narrow beam and deep-V hull insure a fast and secure ride in conditions that keep other boats running at reduced throttle. She’s actually a lengthened version of the 30 Scarab Sport with the extra length used to provide additional (and much needed) cockpit space aft of the console. Construction is solid fiberglass and, with her 8-foot, 4-inch beam, the Super Sport is one of the largest center-console fishing boats around. Fishing amenities include a recirculating baitwell in the sole, insulated fish boxes in the transom, a tackle center forward of the console, lockable rod storage under the coamings and (in later models) an aluminum sport arch with optional radio box. There’s also a removable full-width bench seat at the transom and additional guest seating forward. The Super Sport’s small cuddy comes with a V-berth, a fair amount of dry storage, and space for a marine head. Obviously designed for fast passages to distant fishing grounds, twin bracket-mounted 275hp outboards are capable of sustained cruising speeds in excess of 35 knots.

Fast-action center console with bracket-mounted outboards, narrow 8'4"" beam gets hardcore anglers to the fishing grounds fast.

Principal features include in-sole livewell, insulated transom fishboxes, rear bench seat with storage under, forward tackle center, lockable rod storage. Compact cuddy with V-berth, Porta-Potti provides generous dry storage.

Far less cockpit space than other 34-footers. Deep-V hull handles rough water with ease. Slender boat is legally trailerable in all states.

Over 45 knots with twin 250s.
