The 61 Predator is a good example of why Sunseeker set the standards for high-end European sport yachts for so many years. Aside from her aggressive styling and dazzling performance, the 61 employed the latest innovations in construction and design when she came out in 2002. Most were delivered with an optional hardtop (with retractable sunroof), and the Predators hydraulic swim platform makes launching a tender from the aft garage simple and easy. Below, the exceptional interior finish is enhanced by high-gloss cherrywood paneling, plush leather seating, and hidden galley appliances. A fully equipped ensuite master stateroom is forward, and the twin aft staterooms share a day head to starboard in the salon. The spacious cockpit of the 61 Predator has seating for eight as well as a barbecue, full wet bar, and aft sun pad. A hatch in the teak sole provides access to a fairly tight engine room, and wide side decks lead to the foredeck where a large sun lounge is positioned just forward of the windshield. A fast ride with 1,050hp V-drive MANs, the 61 Predator can reach a top speed of over 35 knots.
