Introduced in 2012, the Sunseeker Manhattan 63 embodied innovation, luxury, and performance on a grand scale. She also features an interesting design development—the underwater sections were configured to allow for conventional shaft drives or Volvo Penta IPS pod drives. Accommodating up to eight overnight guests in four staterooms (two with queen beds, two with twins), the spacious salon of the 63 Manhattan includes a separate dining area in addition to leather U-shaped seating, full-service galley with Avonite countertops, Bose entertainment center, and satin-finished cherrywood cabinets. The amidships master features large hullside windows, and a transom hatch provides access to the crew quarters aft. Topside, Manhattan 63 boasts a spacious flybridge with twin helm seats, wet bar, forward sun lounge, and seating for 8 to 10 guests. Additional features include an aft deck settee, teak hydraulic swim platform, and teak decks. MAN 1200hp engines cruise at 25–26 knots (low 30s top). Those Manhattan 63s equipped with Volvo 900hp IPS pod drives (23 knots cruise/30+ top) carry less fuel (776 gallons) and have greater draft (5'3"") than standard shaft-drive models.
