The Silverton 41 Convertible is a versatile flybridge cruiser with a clean-cut profile, spacious interior, and a good turn of speed with standard big-block gas engines. With her long foredeck, step-down sheer, and rakish flybridge the 41 has the look of an offshore fishing boat although Silvertons have never been especially notable for their fishing prowess. Below deck, the two-stateroom interior of the Silverton 41 is arranged with the galley and dinette forward, three steps down from the salon. The Flexsteel sofa converts along with the dinette to provide extra sleeping capacity beyond the two staterooms. An island berth is located in the forward (master) stateroom, and the guest cabin is fitted with over/under berths. Buyers could choose from either oak or cherry interior woodwork. The Silverton 41’s wide cockpit includes an in-sole fish box, sink, tackle storage and transom door. The flybridge—which is big for a boat this size—has lounge seating forward of the helm console. A popular model, standard 385hp gas engines cruise the Silverton 41 Convertible at 19–20 knots (high 20s top), and optional 425hp Cat diesels cruise at 24–25 knots.
