Offered with a conventional deep-V hull (390B) or high-performance double-stepped hull (390Z), the SeaVee 390 series ranks with the best offshore center consoles available at any price. A semi-custom boat, the 390B and 390Z can be configured in a variety of ways from a tournament fishing platform to a family cruiser. The 390 offers an abundance of in-deck storage lockers, fish boxes, and rod lockers as well as more space inside the console. She can carry up to 42 fishing rods tucked under the deck, on both sides of the console, in the T-top, and on the back of the leaning post. A 65-gallon bait well is integrated into the center of the transom. A second 140-gallon livewell can be added in the aft cockpit sole along with a third in-deck well in the forward cockpit. A fiberglass cooler slides out from below the tackle station leaning post to create a rear-facing seat. A Luxury Edition (LE) features molded front seats with backrests. An upper station with full controls and coffin box are popular options. Note the hullside dive door to port in the cockpit. Twin Yamaha 350hp motors produce a top speed of around 40 knots in the 390B, and triple 350hp Yamahas reach 55+ knots in the 390Z.
