A cutting-edge yacht when she came out in 1997, the Sea Ray 580 Super Sun Sport has the high-impact sex appeal of a purebred European sportcruiser. Indeed, with her muscular profile, integrated hardtop, and stylish reverse transom—with its PWC garage and flanking walkways—the Super Sun Sport remains a handsome express yacht even by today’s styling standards. She’s built on a fully cored hull with prop pockets and a relatively wide 15-foot, 9-inch beam. Below decks, the opulent salon is dominated by a full-length Ultraleather sofa that converts into a double bed at the touch of a button. The master stateroom, with its private head and queen-size bed, is aft while the guest stateroom is forward. Both heads have separate stall showers, and the home-style galley features acres of counter space and copious storage.
