A popular boat, the Sea Ray 560 Sedan Bridge was the equal of many European motor yachts of her era when it came to quality, performance, and styling. Unlike most European yachts with their slender beams and deep-V hulls, the 560 SB rides on a modified-V hull with a wide 16-foot beam. A heavily built boat, the luxurious three-stateroom interior of the Sea Ray 560 is arranged with the master suite forward and a VIP stateroom to port. A full dinette is opposite the helm (elevated to provide better headroom in the third stateroom), and facing sofas provide abundant salon seating. In the cockpit, a molded staircase leads to the flybridge with its wraparound helm and standard hardtop. A large hatch in the cockpit sole provides access to the engines, and a bench seat at the transom folds away to free up cockpit space. Additional features include a fully cored hull, prop pockets, livewell, fish box, a transom storage locker, and a hydraulic high-low swim platform for launching and retrieving a tender. A good performer, twin 640hp Cat diesels cruise in the low 20s (about 28 knots top). Optional 1,050hp MANs cruise in the high 20s and top out at 3334 knots.
