The Scout 275 LXF is a super-luxury center console loaded with premium amenities—more day cruiser and entertainment platform than hardcore fishing boat. Where most competitive center consoles incorporate an integrated swim platform, the 275 LXF separates the engines and cockpit with a narrow wave gate that folds down to the deck floor creating easy access to the transom, swim platforms, and engines. Standard features include an integrated T-top/windshield with rod holders, U-shaped forward seating with storage under, leaning post with drop-down bolsters, in-deck fish boxes, 20-gallon aft livewells (port/starboard corners), fresh/raw-water washdowns, rear bench seat, trim tabs, console head compartment, windlass, cockpit bolsters, forward console seat cooler, dual dive platforms, cockpit rod storage, and lockable electronics storage (helm). The fish boxes could be larger. A deluxe leaning post with bait prep station and underwater lights are optional. A relatively light boat for her size, the 275 LXF tops out at close to 45 knots with Yamaha F150s (close to 50 knots top with F200s).
