Introduced in 2000, the San Juan 38 is a top-tier runabout with an impressive mix of cutting-edge styling, state-of-the-art construction, and luxury-class accommodations. Her foam-cored hull is vacuum-bagged, and the use of Kevlar in the construction process greatly increases strength and impact resistance. The heart of the San Juan 38 is her semi-enclosed pilothouse with its 360-degree visibility, convertible dinette, and elegant teak helm station. Port and starboard sun pads, extending aft into the cockpit, lift to provide excellent service access to the engines. Below decks, the San Juan’s traditional two-stateroom interior is richly appointed with varnished teak cabinetry, faux granite counters, and a teak-and-holly sole.
