Big bowriders have become increasingly popular in recent years, a development made possible by the continued development of high-horsepower V-8 outboard engines. Sharing the same proven hull used in the Sailfish 320 Center Console, the 325 DC contains the versatile layout required for family and friends and the fishing amenities necessary for the dedicated angler. Dual console boats are all about seating and in this area the 325 really shines. Aside from the luxurious bow seating and double helm and companion seats, pullout bench seats literally surround the cockpit—seating space for at least 15 people. A cockpit galley with sink and refrigerator is located behind the helm seat to starboard, and a baitwell with LED lighting is in the port transom corner. There are three insulated fish boxes, two forward and one in the cockpit sole. A small cabin with sink, lounge seat, and flush toilet resides in the port console. The entire transom seat lifts at the touch of a button for access to pumps and filters. A powder-coated hardtop with four rod holders, six gunwale rod holders, and pull-up clears are standard. Rigged with twin 350hp Mercury Verados, the 325 DC has a top speed of nearly 50 knots.
