Larson’s biggest boat ever, the 370 Cabrio builds on the company’s long history of providing a lot of boat for the money. There’s nothing high-tech or cutting-edge about the 370—hull construction is solid fiberglass; fit and finish is impressive considering the price, and the styling is on a par with most the competition. The Cabrio’s base price, however, was refreshingly attractive and she came with enough standard equipment to make her a true turnkey boat. Starting with a well-designed cockpit and including a spacious interior, the Cabrio offers most of the amenities of her higher-priced counterparts with little sacrifice in quality. Her midcabin floorplan is typical of boats her size with berths for six, a spacious galley, and a double-entry head compartment. A solid door separates the master stateroom from the salon, and attractive cherrywood laminates are applied liberally throughout the interior. A wet bar is standard in the cockpit along with wraparound aft seating, carry-on cooler, and a removable cocktail table. Also standard is a genset, radar arch, microwave, VacuFlush toilet, windlass, and air conditioning. Twin 375hp Volvo I/Os cruise at 25 knots (about 30 knots wide open).
