The Endeavour 36 TrawlerCat is a midsized catamaran trawler whose spacious interior and comfortable ride made her a compelling alternative to conventional monohull trawlers. Sold factory-direct from the companys Clearwater, FL, facilities, the TrawlerCat was more affordably priced than most of her catamaran counterparts. She rides on a pair of full-displacement hulls, and a moderate 15-foot beam ensures that shell fit into most standard marina slips without too much difficulty. Lacking a flybridge, the Endeavours helm is in the cockpit where its protected by a hardtop and canvas enclosure panels. There are three staterooms below, one aft in each hull and the other athwartships, forward of the salon dinette. A single head with a separate stall shower is in the starboard hull, and the galley is in the port hull with a pass-through to the dinette. The TrawlerCats three-stateroom floorplan is great for a charter boat, however the third (forward) stateroom makes for a rather compact salon compared with most other cats her size. Twin 100hp Yanmar diesels cruise very efficiently at a steady 1112 knots.
