Boasting a full standup cabin and a high-performance double stepped hull, the Edgewater 368 Center Console is versatile, fast, and loaded with high-end features. Hard core anglers will have to accept some compromises in the 368 because the expanded console consumes more deck space than a conventional center console boat. And instead of an open bow area the 368 has U-shaped forward seating with a hydraulic bow table that converts into a sun pad. The walk-in console cabin provides generous room and comes complete with a berth, head and galley. Fishing amenities include a 45-gallon transom livewell, two in-deck cockpit fish boxes, large transom fish box, and deluxe leaning post with three-across seating, mezzanine seating (3), and removable cooler. The standard portside dive door is a plus as are the carbon-fiber hardtop, folding stern seat, and panoramic windshield. At just 8,200 pounds the 368 is the lightest boat in its class, the result of Edgewater’s super-strong, super-light construction process. Like all Edgewater boats, the 368CC is unsinkable. Triple Yamaha F300 outboards deliver a top speed in excess of 50 knots.
