The first of what became a series of Voyager pilothouse yachts, the Carver 350 Voyager is a scaled down version of the popular 370/374 Voyager (1993–2002). Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a wide 13'3"" beam, the 350 will appeal to those who appreciate the versatility of a raised pilothouse layout—even a small one. Entering through a full-height sliding glass door, the interior is remarkably spacious for a 35-foot boat. Available with or without a lower helm, a convertible sofa is to port in the salon with two armchairs opposite. The galley and dinette are forward on the pilothouse level, two steps up from the salon. The interior is trimmed with teak, and big wraparound windows provide plenty of natural lighting as well as panoramic views of the water. Note the pass-through from the galley to the flybridge. Down two steps is the guest stateroom to port with over/under bunks. Forward, the master stateroom features a centerline queen berth and two hanging lockers. The head includes a separate stall shower. Topside, the helm is forward on the bridge with L-shaped lounge seating aft. On the downside, the cockpit in the 350 Voyager is very small. Volvo 230hp diesels cruise at 16–18 knots.
