Nicholas was born in North Carolina, and grew up with spending time on the water in Wrightsville Beach. Nicholas began his 18 year career in boating by working for MarineMax in Wrightsville Beach, where he learned what it takes to sell boats, and maintain a beautiful yachting facility. He attended College of Charleston, and worked at the Charleston City Marina.
After college, Nicholas was recruited to sell boats for MarineMax in their number one store in the country. Nicholas found his passion for boats, and for sales. After a few years in new sales, Nicholas decided to move to a brokerage firm, Dwight Tracy and Friends. He was able to sell and negotiate deals for boats ranging from 36' to 146'. He was able to travel to many locations throughout the country to put deals together, and has established many great friendships with his clients.
After several years in South Florida, Nicholas chose to move back to Charleston, South Carolina, and he became part owner of a beautiful marina and shopping center, Bohicket Marina located in between Seabrook and Kiawah Islands. www.bohicket.com Nicholas has the experience, the passion, and the knowledge to help you buy or sell a yacht. He lives the life, and eats, sleeps, and breathes boats. He enjoys working with clients for both motoryachts, and sportfish.
In 2016 Nicholas was ranked 3rd in all of HMY for sales, and part of the prestigious “President Club, Top 5 Salesman” In 2017, Nicholas sold the largest boat in the history of HMY, selling a 502’ Cruise Ship in Singapore.
Nicholas enjoys boating, fishing, selling, golfing and spending time with his beautiful wife Emery, son Walton, and daughter Myer.
