Recent Work

CAT 3208 starboard engine was rebuilt and installed in October 2018 

The block, turbo, after-cooler, heads, cam shaft gears, crankshaft, injectors, rods, pumps, gaskets, lifters, starter, rockers, exhaust manifold, brackets, motor starter, pistons, bearings, pumps, and much the standard equipment on the 3208 Engine was rebuilt and most parts were replaced, as necessary, with new CAT parts by CAT Dealer. The work was performed by a CAT Approved Mechanic.

All cylinder blocks are striped to bare block and sent through machine shop.

All blocks are bored and sleeved to standard, and re-assembled to CAT spec.

New main and rod bearings installed, all new rings and pistons.

CAT Re-Man cylinder heads and nozzles, heat exchangers and after coolers are disassembled cleaned, resealed and reassembled, new fresh and raw water pumps rebuilt, turbo chargers inspected and cartridge, bearings or seals replaced as necessary, new hoses clamps and belts, starter and alternator inspected and repaired as necessary.
