Upon entering the salon of the Sarahbeth you are immersed into a world of the finest craftsmanship and undeniable comfort. Her teak joiner work throughout is finished in beautiful satin varnish which flows effortlessly throughout the vessel. Her main salon, dining area and galley are on a single level enhanced by 360 degree windows that create an open and airy atmosphere throughout. In 2014, Sarahbeth's entire salon was refit by Michael Rybovich and Sons. During the refit the configuration was updated to include a forward dining area, increased storage and updated entertainment area. All soft goods, headliner and lighting were replaced. Features of the salon include a wet bar area to starboard and entertainment area to port, two couches that open for large storage areas and two chairs. The dining area is centerline forward in the salon with seating for six guests. The aft side of the galley island contains abundant storage for crystal and flatware. There are port and starboard deck access doors as well as beautiful teak bridge access staircase leading to both the pilothouse and exterior deck. Accessing the enclosed pilothouse from the salon staircase opens up to the main helm, skylounge, crews area with couches that convert to bunks and a complete head and shower. Just aft of the enclosed pilothouse is the upper deck mezzanine with seating.
The galley is located just forward of the main salon and dining area and contains all of the modern conveniences that a professional chef would want. It is very modern in appearance with all appliances being either built in, or concealed behind teak facing. The Granite countertop was upgraded in 2014 and flows through the entire galley space. Just as you'll find in the main salon, the galley is very open and bright with large side and forward windows. There are ample amounts of storage throughout including two in-counter dumbwaiters flanking either side of the galley sink to maximize storage. The galley sole is teak and holly finished off in high gloss. To separate the galley from the main salon for added privacy, there is a Roman shade partition that pulls down. Moving below deck, the master stateroom and ensuite head are full beam making excellent use of space. Forward of the master are two identical guest cabins with ensuite heads and side by side single berths. Moving forward are two more identical cabins each with upper and lower berths and ensuite heads for either guest or crew.
As a sportfish, Sarahbeth's teak sole cockpit is totally rigged for fishing and features a mezzanine observation deck, teak covering boards, fly rod storage locker, transom box plumbed as livewell, in-deck fishbox with Eskimo ice machine discharge, oversize lazarette with Freeman hatch, refrigerated drink box, dual door cockpit freezer, port and starboard dunnage lockers, and transom door with swim ladder. She also comes equipped with Rupp triple spreader outriggers. Topside on the flybridge, you'll find exceptional visibility to all areas. The helm station features redundancy from the lower helm with all appropriate controls and navigation needed to operate the vessel. The incorporated mast is also hinged for a reduction in the overall clearance needed for passageway or maintenance.
