Yachting Magazine visits Horizon Yachts’ E84, inspired by the feedback of E82 owners, the E84 keeps the E82’s existing hull designed by Swedish naval architect John Lindblom but the E84 has some hidden Horizon magic throughout the vessel. Yachting Mag highlights four new features that make the E84 stand apart from her sister: the Bridge protection, bump-free spaces, clear views and country kitchen. The flybridge overhang that covers the cockpit area protects the cockpit settee, teak table and bar. With help from E82 owners, the E84’s new formal dining table has a new hiding spot for the table filler leaf, this allows for easy stowage that protects the piece when not in use. The E84 has no bulkheads which allow for amazing views throughout the vessel. Lastly, the country style galley is an addition requested by E82 owners. The galley allows for 6 guests to dine while 2 chefs can work comfortably together. Inside the engine room: 1,600-horsepower Cat C32 ACERT diesels, however an upgrade to 1,900-horepower version is available. She tops out at 24 knots while running comfortably at 20 knots. Also a 900-gallon-per-day Watermakers Inc. watermaker and Reverso fuel-polishing system. Read more about the E84 from Yachting Magazine here: http://bit.ly/1YzPXjo
