With just a few weeks left until showtime, we are excitedly counting down the days until the 57th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the largest boat show on the planet. HMY Yacht Sales will be out in full force at the show with an impressive display of more than 80 yachts for sale and a team of knowledgable yacht specialists ready to answer any of your questions. 1. Hello Dolly VII 1998 106' Westship Tri Deck Cockpit Motor Yacht
Hello Dolly VII is a 1998 106' Westship Tri Deck Motor Yacht by Westport Shipyard that has been professionally maintained since day one and she is loaded with options and upgrades. The current owners modified Hello Dolly VII during a recent refit converting her from a raised pilothouse to a tri-deck motor yacht. Other updates include painting the entire exterior from boot stripe up, adding a Seakeeper Inc. gyro stabilizer and all new navigation electronics. First class all the way, this 106' Westship is a luxurious, comfortable and stylish open water motor yacht that will exceed all of your expectations.
On each level of this tri deck, the layouts have so much to offer owners and guests by being able to accommodate a crowd without feeling crowded at all. Another excellent feature on the maindeck is the convenient day head off of the marble accented port foyer. Located all the way forward on the upper deck is the pilothouse with a single Stidd pedestal mount helm chair, stainless steel destroyer helm wheel, a plush upholstered settee and rubber flooring. The amazing flybridge serves as an outdoor party central that is accessed via the wheelhouse sky lounge area through a furnished wood open stairway. Here you'll find 3 upholstered helm chairs with stainless steel pedestals, stainless steel helm and navigation electronics by flip up panels, storage beneath the helm, forward seating with L-shaped built in seat to port with varnished teak table and sun lounge to starboard, Electric Chef grill, wet bar with sink and Dometic refrigerated drawers and ice box. All the way forward you'll find stairs that lead to a hot tub, the cherry on top.
Back on the main deck, exiting the salon is the outdoor aft-deck which is yet another perfect setting for alfresco dining. Below decks, sleeping arrangements include five beautifully-appointed staterooms including crew and Captain’s quarters. The full beam, ensuite master stateroom features a double door entry, abundant storage space, and a king sized bed. Both VIP guestrooms are ensuite. The dedicated crew quarters is an excellent feature allowing guests to have the utmost privacy. The large cockpit area on Hello Dolly VII puts a focus on watersports, making her a motor yacht that is perfectly suited for diving, fishing and other water activities. She is equipped with a large lazarette for transom storage. This yacht is truly the total package you've been looking for.
2. Livernano 2010 95’ Princess Yachts Motor Yacht
The epitome of a luxury motor yacht, Livernano is a 2010 Princess Yachts 95 that delivers an incredible cruising experience on every level. The Princess Design Studio has expertly crafted the interior to the highest of standards in comfort, style and guest privacy. The layout on board Livernano makes her perfect for both charter or private use. As you enter the salon from large, aft sliding glass doors, you are greeted by simply stunning panoramic windows that offer unmatched views from any vantage point. You can take in the open and airy atmosphere from an abundance of salon seating options or in the forward, formal dining area that seats eight. As you continue moving forward you'll encounter the companionway to the day head, access to the galley and wheelhouse and stairs to either below deck accommodations or upper deck flybridge. In the wheelhouse you will find a large dinette area next to the helm station. The crew can access both the galley and wheelhouse from the side decks affording you and your guests the utmost privacy at all times.
Going below decks, each stateroom is generously sized and luxuriously finished. Ten guests can be accommodated across 6 cabins. The master stateroom is located amidships and features a king berth, vanity area, and a walk in closet. To starboard is a dinette for 2 with a great view through the large hull side windows. The crew quarters can accommodate six members and are situated aft of the machinery, with private access. The expansive flybridge is the ideal outdoor area for entertaining your guests. Under the hardtop which features an automatic sunroof there is room for 8 or more guests at the large dinette with a fully equipped serving bar and grill area. To aft, there is an oversized sun lounger and area for freestanding furniture, plus space to store your tender, complete with crane.
The aft deck presents another great outdoor space for hosting and includes a large dinette that can seat 8 guests and a wet bar forward. One of the Princess 95's greatest features is the full walk-around deck allowing for safe passage to the forward sun pad and couch as well as efficient access for crew handling and service. Port and starboard molded steps lead to a large transom garage and electro-hydraulic swim platform that is perfect for a variety of water activities. Recently, Livernano received a major upgrade with the latest navigation and communications electronics, including VSAT and TV antennas.
3. Off Duty 2005 78’ Marlow Explorer
Off Duty is a one-of-a-kind 78’ Marlow Yachts Explorer that has been regularly updated and redesigned in excess of $1 million. Photos of this stunning boat don’t do it enough justice; you must see Off Duty in person to appreciate her many attractive features. Sleeping arrangements include five plush staterooms one of which is a crew quarters complete with crew lounge and mess area. On the outdoor aft deck, you’ll find another ideal place to take in your surroundings at sea with a large teak table and five teak chairs plus an L-shaped couch with table. Stairs to the flybridge, twin entrance doors to the swim platform and dual access to walkways can also be found on the aft deck. Other notable features on this motor yacht are the convenient full walk-around decks and Twin MTU 10V2000M93, 1500 hp each.
4. Carbon 2009 75’ Lazzara LSX 75
As a rare and highly customized 2009 75’ Lazzara LSX motor yacht, Carbon is a show-stopping vessel. The cockpit area serves as another platform on which to enjoy time spent outdoors complete with a table and chairs. The cockpit also allows guests the opportunity to swim or enjoy water sports which its electro-hydraulic swim platform that can house a 3.25m jet-rib. Her CAT C-18 motors move Mirage along at a nice 28 knot cruise with a fuel burn of only 84GPH.
