With 15 boats and nearly 100 anglers in the 27th Annual Treasure Cay Billfish Tournament, one woman leapt to the top on the first day and held the lead to the end. Lisa Flack and her husband Eddie own the Viking 48 Kilowett, captained by Scott Hitch. Lisa released a blue and white marlin on the first of four days of fishing. The same day, the Viking 60 Bet-A-Buc, owned by Buck and Betty Autrey, boated a 582 pound blue marlin. Kilowett kept the pressure on to take First Place Overall. Lisa’s two blues and white marlin earned her Top Angler as well as Top Female Angler honors. Lisa has released 13 Blues so far this season. The Treasure Cay event took place June 13-18 in Abaco, Bahamas.
