HMY Yachts at the First Panama International Boat Show

By HMY   June 24, 2014

This year marks the inaugural Panama International Boat Show at the Flamenco Marina located near downtown Panama City. The boat show took place from June 20 through June 22nd. HMY Sales Representatives Jay Jurgens and John Strader were down in Panama City to make sure HMY Yachts takes full advantage of every opportunity to market and promote our clients boats everywhere. HMY Yachts presence is rapidly growing in Central America as the market presents new opportunities for our clients wishing to buy or sell their boats. They went down to the show with MY WAY, a 2010 54' Viking and QUEXOPA, a 2005, 56' Viking. MY WAY is represented by HMY listing broker John Strader and QUEXOPA is handled by Jay Jurgens. The show was conveniently located at the mouth of the Panama Canal, close to Panama City. This location also offered great views of the skyscrapers of downtown Panama City, a close drive away to exciting tourist destinations and restaurants. With sportfish, motor yachts and tenders ranging from 20' to 60' there were vessels for boaters of every size and lifestyle. The show welcomed crowds all day Friday and Saturday, however, the show had to close early on Sunday due to inclement weather. We are excited to be part of the first Panama International Boat Show and look forward to many more. John Strader and Jay Jurgens both work out of our Dania Beach office in South Florida. They can be reached at 954-926-0400 or at [email protected] and [email protected], respectively.
